By accessing or using Flipabee, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Flipabee provides a subscription-based service that helps you schedule and send physical greeting cards. You are responsible for the accuracy of recipient addresses, occasion dates, and message content you submit. You must not use the service for unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes.

Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation rights are described at checkout and in your account. Payment is processed by our third-party provider; their terms may also apply. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or for abuse of the platform.

Physical delivery depends on postal and carrier services outside our direct control. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law; some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case those limits may not apply to you.

We may modify these terms with reasonable notice where required. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws specified in the final legal version (placeholder).
